Resort policies

Check-in and check-out

• The standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and the standard check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable. Every such request must be made to, and reconfirmed with, the resort directly, and any charge is paid to the resort.
• Our front desk is open 24 hours. The resort is fully gated, with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance.

Identification

• Every adult guest must show a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, such as Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID.
• Foreign nationals must show a passport and valid visa.
• The resort may refuse check-in if valid ID is not produced.
• Unmarried or unrelated couples are not permitted to check in. This is at the full discretion of the resort management, and no refund applies if check-in is refused in such circumstances.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed only once payment or an advance is received. An unpaid room can be held for a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Without a confirmed booking, rooms are given on arrival only if available.
• Rates, taxes and what is included (such as breakfast) are shown in your booking confirmation.
• We accept cash, UPI and cards at the resort.

Changes and cancellation

• Date changes are allowed up to 3 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• Cancel more than 3 days before check-in for a 100% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of check-in, and no-shows, are not refunded. See cancellation policy.
• Special requests (room location, extra bed) are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

Children and extra guests

• Child rates apply to children aged 7 to 12. Guests above 12 are counted as adults. One child under 7 stays free per room when sharing existing bedding.
• Extra beds are available on request, at an extra charge.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome in public areas during the day.

Swimming pool

• Pool access is included for staying guests during pool hours. Visitors need a day pass, a private family booking or a membership.
• Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear is available to buy at the counter.
• Separate shower and changing rooms are provided for men and women.
• Rooms do not have attached pools; all guests use the shared infinity pool and kids' pool.
• There is a separate, shallow pool for children. There is no lifeguard on duty, so children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, in both pools. Height-based rules apply.
• Visitors sign a pool consent form before swimming.
• General pool hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Private family slots are 6 to 7 pm and 7 to 8 pm, Monday to Thursday (not on holidays), booked a day ahead with full advance. The pool may close for cleaning or maintenance.
• The main pool is 3.5 to 5.5 ft deep.

Dining, experiences and events

• Crave is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm.
• Experiences such as baking classes, pizza making, bonfires, candle-lit and poolside dinners, and photoshoots are on request, charged separately and subject to availability.
• Event terms are shared with your quotation. For outdoor events, extra lighting, sound and generator power are arranged by the guest or charged separately.

Resort and conduct

• Free parking is available for guests arriving by their own vehicle.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or resort property during their stay.
• Guests may consume liquor inside their rooms; there is no bar at the resort. Please drink responsibly.
• Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Please keep noise low after that so everyone can rest.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Pets are not allowed.
• The resort is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
• The management may refuse or end a stay for behaviour that disturbs other guests or breaks these policies.
